Measurements And Amounts

          The information in Measurements and amounts will be the hardest to decipher. Many of the exercises that we will be doing will help you get a better grip of this important information.  You will notice that many of the amounts will say something similar to 14.4 ounces.  We understand that there is no such thing as a .4 of a drop, we leave it up to you to ether average the amount up or down.
