Remove polish

Clip nails

Insert toe separators

File nails

Use foot file

Rinse foot

Brush nails

Apply cuticle oil

          5 Drops Eucalyptus
          3 Drops Peppermint
          2 Drops Rosemary

Push back cuticle

Apply Lotion

           5 Drops Bergamot
3 Drops Black Pepper
2 Drops Sandalwood

Dip in paraffin dip

Apply lotion

Massage foot

Remove traces of lotion

Apply polish
