Complete the CEU Credit Form on line including name and address information if you want to email us your test results.
To Pay Online
After you have completed the CEU Form online go to our Shopping Cart follow the instructions for purchasing this Online Class.
After purchasing class, record receipt number in the square provided on the CEU Credit Form
Once you have recorded your personal information and the receipt number and the answers to the questions click the submit button on the bottom of the CEU Credit Form.
Allow for up to 72 hours for us to record your hours with the State Board
